Great location for my daughter’s school, but no pets allowed was disappointing.

Clean lobby, helpful staff, and I really appreciated the close access to my daughter's school and the well-maintained room with refreshing air conditioning along with the convenience of free wifi in public areas.

The beds remain disappointingly firm, resulting in discomfort for those who prefer softer mattresses. Housekeeping standards need a closer inspection as areas in the room had visible stains, indicating cleanliness could improve. Privacy becomes an issue too, with noise filtering in from adjacent rooms, allowing conversations from neighbors to disturb the peace. Also, those wanting an early breakfast should plan accordingly, as the dining area closes unfavorably early, not accommodating late risers.

The King Suite was super spacious with a comfy sofa. It came with a microwave, refrigerator, and tea/coffee maker. The shower was great, and the TV selection was solid. The indoor pool was a nice touch for fun. Breakfast had waffles and fresh fruit, which was awesome to start the day.

However, there were issues with the laundry amenities. the washing machine was out of order, and I was not refunded my quarters. Additionally, the pool area was lacking clean towels, which was disappointing.

It was just a nice choice for a fleeting stay in Grandview with very good value for money. The room had a comfy sofa bed that my kids loved playing on after a long drive. Make sure to check if the breakfast hours work for your plans.
